Online Renewal Portal Issue UPDATE

Thu, 04/14/2022 - 00:00

As of April 14th, the issue with the renewal portal still exists. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, no extensions will be given; HOWEVER, if you are unable to renew online and you mail or hand deliver your renewal to us by May 2nd, your renewal will be marked as on time (you can also email us a copy of the renewal to but don't forget to mail it). We find the best way for mailing it USPS is Flat-rate Priority since it comes with tracking. I am happy to share a little surprise that ITS is also working on, which is a new renewal portal that will be easier for you to maintain your continuing education and update your own personal information. Please stay current with RECENT NEWS!

As of 4/8/2022, the renewal portal allows licensees to renew at random times. It seems that around 4:30ish and 9:00 p.m. or later are the best times to access the portal. We are aware of this issue. If your employer is expecting your license by April 30th, the renewal notice states that a renewal should be submitted by March 30th. If you have not done so, please mail your renewal in now. We are not giving extensions for renewals. The last day to get your renewal into our office is April 29th. If it is received after April 29th, you will have to submit an additional $55 late fee. After May 30th, you will have to reinstate. You may find updated forms on this website under Resources/Forms. We apologize for this inconvenience. Please note that this is the last time you will use this system. We are migrating to a new system after the summer. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU STAY CURRENT WITH RECENT NEWS AND TWITTER!

On 3/31/2022, an issue was detected with the application connecting to the database on one of the two application servers that allows licensees to renew using the online renewal portal. ITS is working quickly to resolve the issue. If you have issues with the renewal portal, please try back at a later time or a different day.
